To apply for a loan, the Client must contact the Bank's department with a complete package of documents, which must contain all the necessary details. After checking the package of documents provided, the specialist forms an application for a loan, which is submitted to the competent service of the Bank for consideration to make a final decision on the issue of issuing/refusing to issue a loan. Tax return forms are approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus dated December 24, 2014 No. 42 “On certain issues related to the expiration and payment of taxes, fees (duties), and other payments, the calculation and payment of which are controlled by the tax authorities ( as amended on April 10, 2018 N 11). The declaration must be filled out legibly, manually or using office equipment. After completing the tax return completely, the payer affixes a signature confirming the correctness of the information specified in the tax return, as well as the date of submission of the return. Please note that the submitted application did not contain information that electronic declaration was used, and there was also no electronic signature.
At the same time, we are forced to note the inattention of the specialist, who, when accepting documents for a loan, did not pay attention to the absence of the necessary details in the declaration. This fact has led to the need for you to visit the Bank again.
Regarding your clarification of the operating mode of the credit department of the Bank's division in Minsk, we inform you that the Contact Center operators provided correct information. To resolve the situation, you contacted the Bank's division during business hours. We have drawn the necessary conclusions from the situation in order to mitigate the risk of its recurrence in the future. We will try to correct the existing opinion about the Bank for the better during further service!

I want to leave negative feedback. On July 22, 2018, I withdrew money from an ATM on Golodeda Street, 9. Of the requested amount, the ATM dispensed only a small part and did not give me 350 rubles. BUT the entire requested amount was debited from the account. Now I need to wait from 15 to 30 days to find out the reasons for the failure. WHY SHOULD I WAIT? Out of the blue I was deprived of my earned money and now WAIT for the bank to sort it out???? I have two small children, and due to the bank’s fault, I have to think about where to get money for their maintenance while they spend a month figuring out the reasons? There are a lot of obscene words addressed to the bank, I will only write one thing: HORROR! P.S. Several people in line after me also didn’t receive their money! Scam of people! What rating should I give the bank? Not even worth one! But I have to put it in at least!

Terrible job at the bank!!! Compared to other banks, BPS is the worst! I am a client of three banks, but nowhere is there such bad service. I am a client of the bank only because of one thing, because many organizations cooperate with it. As they say, everything is learned by comparison and now I will compare ! 1. The card is made within 10 working days (although in all normal banks it is 6-7, it is not clear why this is due) 2. SMS alerts are a paid service (although in almost all banks it is free). 3. The operating hours leave much to be desired from 9-00 to 18-30, taking into account the fact that the bank is not open on weekends, there are only 3 bank branches in the whole city, many people work until 6 and can’t get to your bank cleanly physically (even let’s say Alfabank is open until 19-00 and on weekends) 4. I don’t receive an SMS notification that my card is ready and it’s time to pick it up, why can’t I get an SMS notifying that the card is ready?! Why should I bother my head with unnecessary dates?! 5. These are, of course, queues - long, incomprehensible queues. Why should I spend 1 hour of my life in your queues?? It would be nice if there were such queues in all banks! There is no only BPS. Conclusion: never voluntarily become a client of this bank (unless your salary is transferred to the accounts of this “bank”), you will waste a lot of energy and nerves!!! I absolutely do not recommend it!!!

I want to leave negative feedback. Let me start with the fact that in December 2017. All employees of the enterprise were forced to replace their existing cards, explaining that the bank needed it. When replacing the card, it was discovered that only the cards issued by the bank were not working. I had to waste time again on trips to the bank and wait another 2 weeks to receive another new card. Everything would be fine, but there are problems with this card - SMS notifications. Initially, when debiting an amount of more than 10 rubles from the account. SMS messages for transactions either arrived twice or did not arrive at all. As a result, I could only find out the real balance on the card through an ATM or the Internet, which caused inconvenience. On repeated calls to technical support, I always received the same answer: everything will be fixed. Over the past 3 months, notifications have stopped coming even for funds being credited. And the same problem with the notification after funds were written off was not resolved. It turns out that the bank, by charging me a monthly subscription fee for SMS notification services, does not properly fulfill its obligations to me. And still haven't fixed the problem. As a result, the question arises: is it worth trusting and cooperating with your bank?
